Leslie’s undergraduate years were focused on educational philosophy, elementary education and psychology. Post graduate work was in the exploration of Special Needs culminating in a MS, 1975. As a NYC Special Needs Educator, Leslie skillfully built rapport and trust with her students which successfully created openness and willingness for them go beyond what they believed was possible. This experience confirmed her deepest belief that we each create our lives by the way we deal with opportunities, adversity and limitations. She has been confronted with incredible challenges throughout her life which has strengthened her faith in this “universal truth”.
Leslie lives by her belief that, “knowledge and attunement to one’s inner resources, opens up solutions that are limitless.” This fundamental principle creates the powerful energy and spark that fuels her unstoppable momentum to reshape what life serves up.
In 2004 she was drawn to the study of Spiritual Psychology, a pivotal decision. This body of work validated her underlying premises as she worked her own process which stretched her and motivated her to consciously take her work to a whole new level.
Leslie’s pursuit of strengthening her resourcefulness is exemplified by the skills she has acquired as an Equine Reflective Coach (based on the ICF competencies and the EPONA approach to Equine Experiential Learning); a certified EAGALA professional in Equine Assisted Therapy & Learning; a Wellness Coach; and a Personal & Professional Lazer Coach (based on the IAC masteries). Her coaching skills are enhanced by her training as a Kundalini Yoga Breathwalk Instructor and a Feng Shui Interior Alignment Practitioner.
Over the years she has dedicated and immersed herself in developing and implementing coaching programs that support people in the process of upleveling their way of being, positively impacting their skills in communication, relationships, wellness; parent-child dynamics; and personal growth.
Most recently Leslie has acquired her equine coaching partners and teachers, Winnie & Echo, (“WE”). Her partnership with WE presents a unique opportunity for her clients to experience profound awarenesses creating life altering shifts that will surface with ease and enthusiasm. Leslie believes that, “There is delight in experiencing your resourcefulness.”
